We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, and implementing effective Pest Control solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service. ```Responsibilities```

- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to identify pest infestations and Treat accordingly utilizing IPM approach

- Determine the type of pests present and assess the extent of the problem

- Develop and implement customized Pest Control plans based on the specific needs of each property

- Apply pesticides and other Pest Control treatments in accordance with safety guidelines

- Monitor treated areas to ensure effectiveness of treatments and make necessary adjustments as needed

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering any questions they may have

- Maintain accurate records of services performed and complete all required state regulation requirments via mobile app

```Requirements```

- Previous experience in Pest Control or a related field is preferred but not required

- Strong knowledge of common pests, their habits, and effective treatment methods

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain treatment plans to clients

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $625.00 - $850.00 per week
