BioTech Pest Management is a Pest Control boutique who specialize in resolving, managing rodents and general pests local to the Washington DC region. We are not an everyday Pest Control company. In just a few years, we have become the go-to company for Pest Control needs.

Due to how well we have performed in the past few years, we are looking to bring on the right person to help us grow.

What You Would Be Doing

First, you will go through a training program to acquire knowledge you will need to be successful, obtain hands-on experience, and get acclimated with the day-to-day regimen of the job.

Then, you will be responsible for the following:

• Understand the industry, our customers, our approach to solving pest problems, the tools we use, etc

• Establish great relationships with customers

• Be on time to jobs and company meetings

• Responsive to communication via phone, email and text, etc

• Move household appliances and perform handyman style work

• Perform services the right way, and accurately communicate it to the customer

• Take ownership of jobs you perform

• Is comfortable engaging in manual labor, climbing industrial ladders and getting in confined spaces such as crawl spaces/attics

• Is detail oriented and responsible

• Details:

  • Payroll twice a month

  • $500/week for training - One week training

  • 30 - 60 days probation period depending on performance

  • $3400 - $4200 aggregate monthly gross pay before taxes

  • 8 hours work day with an hour break. No overtime

  • Tech: Daytime Weekday Shift - Mon through Fri, Every other saturday switch with a week day

    • GPC Technician (GPC, service maintenance, callbacks, exterior baiting / carbon monoxide services)

      • $15 per hour + 2% of $ value of service plan deployed, cross sold service plans and service upsells (A La Carte services) + review bonuses + callback bonuses

    • GPC & Rodent combo technician (GPC, service maintenance, callbacks, rodent services including exterior baiting / carbon monoxide services)

      • $17 per hour + 2% of $ value of service plan deployed, cross sold service plans and service upsells (A La Carte services) + review bonuses + callback bonuses

    • Rodent Technician (Rodent jobs including exterior baiting / carbon monoxide services)

      • $17 per hour + 2% of $ value of service plan deployed, cross sold service plans and service upsells (A La Carte services) + review bonuses + callback bonuses

    • Other positions within the company - Subject to availability

      • Service Supervisor

      • Service Manager

Note: After 12 months, we are open to discussing a pay raise depending on performance.
