MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduation from an accredited senior high school or
equivalent or GED.
2. Three years full-time, wage-earning structural pest
control experience.
3. Must have a valid driver license.
4. Must have a Certified Commercial or Noncommercial Applicator
License issued by the Texas Structural Pest Control Service.
Must have or be able to obtain a Certified Commercial or
Noncommercial Applicator License in Termite Control and Lawn
and Ornamental categories issued by the Texas Structural
Pest Control Service within one year of employment date.
Must maintain valid license(s) for continued employment in position.
Selected applicants without required license(s) must sign a Credential
Contingency Agreement that will remain in effect only until
the initially established expiration date. Failure to comply
with this contingecy statement will result in separation from
employment. Credential Contingency Agreements will not be extended
or renewed as a result of an employee's separation from employment
or acceptance of another position.

**The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will
be $3,539.29.**
