Personal Training Sales And Business Coach

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic person to join our team as a KP Coach. We are a preferred vendor of Anytime Fitness, and we provide sales coaching for both memberships and PT sales to AF franchisees. A KP coach is assigned a number of clubs that they would be responsible for increasing the clubs’ revenue, by teaching them how to implement our sales processes and guiding them along as far as regular goal setting. This individual should have a positive, energetic and encouraging attitude! While experience in the fitness industry is preferred, it is not required.

We also pride ourselves on the environment and culture that we’ve been able to create within our office. Our team takes lunch at the same time on a daily basis so that we may all eat together, and we cater lunch for the team on the last Friday of the month. We also have a fully stocked fridge with a variety of beverages (energy drinks, coffee, water, etc.) and snacks available to the coaches at any time. Additionally, we host bi-annual team outings, our most recent at Top Golf!

Hours: Monday-Thursday 6:50-3:30; Friday 6:50-3 (flexible if needed)

Job Requirements

-Dynamic, energetic leader who works well on a team and also has a competitive spirit

-Positive and proactive approach to serving clients with excellent customer service skills

-PT Certification (preferred but not required)

-Computer Skills-Microsoft Word and Excel and Google Sheets

-A passion for health and fitness

-Enjoys coaching others to help them reach their highest potential

-Great communication skills-including over the phone and via email

-Must be local in the Denver Metro Area

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
