As a Personal Support Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our mission to serve Sisters residing in Long-term, Assisted, and Independent Living environments. Your role is dynamic, diverse, and essential to ensuring the well-being and comfort of our Sisters.

What You'll Do:

Compassionate Transportation: Drive and accompany Sisters to and from routine doctor's appointments, outings, shopping trips, and errands. Your attentive support ensures they feel safe and cared for every step of the way. Keep our vehicles in top-notch condition by performing regular maintenance tasks like filling gas and window-washer fluid. Your diligence ensures smooth and safe travels for our Sisters.

Personalized Assistance: Consult with nursing services or the Sister to understand specific needs and instructions during transportation. Your empathy and attention to detail make all the difference in providing personalized care.

Concierge Shopping: Shop for items needed by the Sisters and nursing staff, ensuring they have everything they require for comfort and well-being.

Empowering Independence: Assist Sisters with personal shopping, empowering them to make choices and maintain their independence with dignity.

Proactive Reporting: Promptly report any incidents or accidents involving passengers or vehicles to the Supervisor, ensuring transparency and swift resolution.

Team Collaboration: Participate in department and all-staff meetings, contributing your insights and ideas to enhance our services and support network.

Flexibility and Adaptability: Embrace varied duties and responsibilities assigned by your supervisor, demonstrating your commitment to providing exceptional care at all times.
