Requirements:Every team member must be able to fulfill the responsibilities below.
Cashiering - ringing up customer orders. Able to tender transactions (cash, check, charge account, voucher, credit card, WIC, EBT).- Fast & Friendly Service - engaging our customers with friendly service.
- Pick-up - orders need to be brought out to customers with friendly service and smile upon arrival.
- Shopping - shop orders through the Fresh Op App for customers and understanding the full use of the app.
- Storage Hold - orders with fresh or frozen products must go in the appropriate area.
- Company programs - knowledge and proper use of company programs (examples; fuel perks, voucher, coupons and triple coupon Sunday.
- Item locating - expert on store location of items and receiving customer orders from Fresh Op app.
- Lifting - able to lift 50 lbs.
- Bag online customer groceries in accordance with Kessler’s Bagging Standards
- Outgoing - friendly, talkative, and engaging with the customer. Comfortable being the face of the Customer Care department. Has a passion for helping customers.
- Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm with weekends and holidays
