Salary:
Purpose of Job:
- To provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of the Account Executive and Account Manager.
- To back-up receptionist with walk-ins.
- To assist in the retention of existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Process daily mail that has been distributed by First Impressions
- Review & process daily download for Account Executive & Account Manager
- Process change, billing, & cancellation requests for clients
- Process mortgage requests and changes
- Communicate with Account Executive & Account Manager on renewal book of business
- Provide excellent service at all times
- Communicate with Team Members in a professional manner
- Learn specific company coverage offerings
- Help in maintaining up-to-date client contact information

Performance Measurements:
- Semi-annual performance reviews will be conducted which entail, but are not limited to, processing efficiencies, workload management and account retention.
