Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm
Salary: $40,000 base plus 35% commission ...

• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Communicate policy details, coverage options, and premiums clearly to clients.
• Prepare and submit applications, ensuring timely responses.
• Collaborate with underwriters for accurate policy issuance.
• Stay updated on insurance products, trends, and regulations.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities among existing clients.
• Maintain accurate client communication through verbal and written correspondence.
• Manage client files and transactions using Epic.
• Proactively remarket policies and engage clients before renewal dates.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, demonstrating professional communication skills.
• Handle cancellations with care, adhering to E&O guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• MN Property & Casualty insurance license required (can be obtained after hire)
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
