A boutique Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm in Washington state is seeking an Associate Attorney to take on a pre litigation and litigation case load.

The role can be worked in a fully remote capacity, as this is the structure currently used, however Washington State Personal Injury case experience is required.

The salary range for this role is 83k-120k DOE, seeking 2-4 YOE, the small firm does not offer medical benefits but will contribute a monthly stipend to offset your costs, they provide 3 weeks flexible time off for vacation or sick time and 10 paid court holidays.

Job description:

- work on cases from intake through settlement on around 70 pre-litigation cases as well as cradle to grave on a caseload of around 10 litigation cases, all in the Personal Injury field

- support is provided by the firms' paralegals

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials

- Active Washington State Bar License in good standing

- 2+ years of experience as an attorney, working on Personal Injury cases in Washington State

- strong legal writing, communication and negotiation skills
