In 2018 we launched RunDoyen and have since become the #1 ranked platform for Online Run Coaching (says Runner's World at least). In summary, we serve coaches with a turn-key online coaching platform where we handle all the marketing and operations. This means our coaches spend more time doing what they love (training their clients) and less time dealing with the headaches and costs associated with running an independent business, such as collecting payments or trying to figure out how to acquire new clients.
Currently, we have 23 world-class running coaches on our platform who are collectively making close to $1 Million/yr (and quickly growing!).
Now, we're looking to replicate our proven business model of RunDoyen into the larger market of Personal Training through the launch of FitDoyen.
Before we launch though, we're seeking uniquely experienced and accomplished Personal Trainers to join our founding team.
If selected, you will receive the following benefits & compensation:
- Highly curated leads sent to you daily from our matching feature
- All the digital tools you need to manage and train your clients virtually (phone or laptop).
- Manage your clients on your own time, from anywhere in the world (100% remote).
- Dedicated customer support for you and your clients
- Marketing and advertising on your behalf, helping to build your personal brand
- Locked in with a 70% commission rate (eventually to be lowered to 60% for new trainers)
- Possibility for additional compensation through profit sharing (negotiable for high profile candidates)
Here's some other info you're probably wondering about...
You can see current pricing for RunDoyen here which include 3 levels of service (Gold/Silver/Bronze). For FitDoyen, we will have a similar offering but adjusted to be specific for Personal Fitness Training. We're also planning for the prices to be about 25%-50% higher for FitDoyen, with the Gold Plan being $250-$300/month which means your 70% commission would be $175-$210 per client per month on the Gold level plan.
For reference, our top coaches with RunDoyen are currently taking home $50,000+ per year, while dedicating about 15-20 hours per week, so we expect the top trainers on FitDoyen to earn even higher than that.
There are ZERO associated costs to you. We send you clients and we only get paid, when you're get paid.
So, what's the catch?
The only way our business model works is if everyone agrees to not take clients away from our platform. We have no problem if you continue training clients that are acquired from other sources or through other businesses, but we simply can't allow leads or clients acquired through FitDoyen to leave our platform or to make payments elsewhere. In summary, we ask that you please don't attempt to bypass our commission business model.
Wondering what "Doyen" means? If you haven't already looked it up, is means: "the most respected or prominent person in a particular field; a person considered to be knowledgeable or uniquely skilled as a result of long experience in some field of endeavor"
