Alliance Services is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs / Caregivers) to join our dedicated team and support individuals in their homes. Together, we'll empower them to achieve their dreams and become the best versions of themselves.
What You'll Do:
- Embrace Joy: Experience the joy of helping individuals thrive! Engage in fun activities like arts & crafts or sports while fostering an environment where dreams are nurtured and pursued together.
- Remove Barriers: Assist individuals with everyday living needs, such as Personal Care, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, housekeeping, and budgeting. By removing obstacles, you'll help them live their best lives.
- Customized Care: Follow individualized care plans and provide updates on progress towards achieving desired outcomes, ensuring personalized support and meaningful progress.

Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
- Working cell phone
- Experience in caregiving or IDD support
- Current first aid & CPR certification
Base Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth.
