Form of workESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assists CEO in daily grooming and hygiene needs
- Ability to understand and convey information/instructions provided by medical professionals
- Gathers external and internal communications
- Prioritizes paperwork and other documents as needed
- Generates letters and various communication pieces for CEO
- Assists CEO with general data entry
- Stamps documents with CEO's approval
- Goes on daily errands for CEO as needed
- Delivers communication to various departments
Requirements
- Must be available Friday - Sunday of every week.
- Must be willing to work in a hospital/rehabilitation environment
- General office experience required.
- Some medical care background preferred.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Must have current driver's license and clean driving record. Clear background check required.
- Must have knowledge of general office equipment, including computer and various programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Salary Description
$17 - $22 per hour DOE
