Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients with their daily activities and ensuring their well-being. ```Responsibilities:```
- Provide direct support to clients in their homes or healthcare facilities
- Assist with Personal Care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's physical or mental condition
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized environment

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in direct support or social work is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care and experience working with seniors is a plus
- Familiarity with medication administration is desired
- Experience in childcare or nursing home settings is beneficial
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and ability to assist clients as needed

Pay: $18.91 - $22.77 per hour
