As a Personal Banker I with Frost, you will be responsible for providing coverage in Personal Banking and Teller Services while meeting Consumer Banking Performance Standards. Responsibilities will include educating and advising customers on deposit, loan and fee-based products; assisting customers with customer service issues and account maintenance; providing all teller services, which includes accepting deposits, payments, check cashing in compliance with established bank policies and procedures; maintaining proper cash on hand and preparing daily settlement of teller cash and proof transactions; and managing risk while actively practicing loss prevention. The candidate will attend both teller and personal banking training in order to stay current with information and remain familiar with applicable policies, laws, and regulations, and Bank Secrecy Act policies.
