The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to our esteemed director. This full-time position requires a highly organized and adaptable individual who can work independently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various tasks both personal and work-related.
Essential Functions:
- Provide personalized administrative support to the assigned doctor.
- Manage and coordinate personal schedule, appointments, and meetings
- Arrange and handle vehicle maintenance, grocery shopping,
- Arrange and coordinate travel plans, accommodations, and conferences.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the director.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other essential documents.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and communications.
