Responsibilities:
Prepare Documentation for Permitting
Plan and schedule appointments and events
File Permits Online and In Person
Greet and assist onsite guests ...
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Must have permitting experience
High School Diploma/GED
