What You Will Do in This Role:
- Collect comprehensive patient data to inform care decisions.
- Advocate for patients within our interdisciplinary team.
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and issues.
- Identify expected outcomes and tailor individualized care plans.
- Serve as a dedicated advocate for patient safety.
- Ensure efficient use of time, supplies, and equipment.
- Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatments.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of RN experience required, open to any background.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, Multistate, or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
- BLS (AHA Healthcare provider) required prior to start.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Additional Information:
- Unit Beds/Rooms: 45
- Competitive Salary open for negation
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 2-year commitment required.
- Relocation assistance available for candidates 100+ miles away.
- Shift Differentials: Nights $4.25, Weekends $3 (Evening differentials not applicable).
