Job Description:- Monday-Friday 8a-5p, very minimal call
- Outpatient; average 16-20 patients per day
- Level 3 trauma
- Annual ER volume: 30K
- 1 ARNP and 1 physician in practice
- 1:1 clinical support
- Patient Age Demographic: 18+

- Teaching opportunity for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Residents, ARNP/PA students, and medical students

- Physician support before, during, and after each procedure
- All surgical procedures available, except transplants; limited pediatrics; support OB, Cath Lab, and ED.

- Base salary: xx280,000 - range is based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
- Commencement bonus up to xx250,000 (5 years of commitment required for full xx250K)

Requirement description :
- Board Eligible (must be BC within 3 years of becoming eligible) or Board Certified in Rheumatology - REQUIRED
- Rheumatology fellowship-trained (to be completed prior to start) - REQUIRED
- IA license or IMLC (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- State experience with procedures listed in #26 and #27 of the attached practice description (put in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
- CSA certification (by time of start) - REQUIRED
- DEA (by time of start) - REQUIRED
