Performance Running EKIN (PRE) Manager
Who we are looking for:
We are passionate about developing unbreakable relationships with our friends at Running Specialty Retail doors through a band of Performance Running EKINS (PRE's)!
Every athlete* seeking a personal best pursues it with some form of guidance. We are building a robust team of Performance Running EKINS (PRE's) that will be charged with representing the swoosh at Running Specialty Stores! Being the ambitious, fresh-faced rookie athletes that they are, they are going to need some coaching.
How do you feel about rounding up and providing some leadership and mentorship to this team? They will be setting PR's and covering new distances and will need some daily guidance, inspiration and motivation. Are you able to see the bigger picture and lead a group of PRE's to win as a team? Can you show up, write the workouts and hold the clock? Once in a while you might even need to pace the group through a set. Do you have that relentless desire to win? Are you OK with winning through other people?

Ideally, this person brings some experience leading ambitious individuals remotely who can balance brand priorities with the needs of Running Specialty retail shops, and are able to do it themselves and through other people.
We are seeking a Performance Running EKIN (PRE) Manager to join our team in the Atlanta territory to provide direction, coverage, coaching and development to a team of PREs managing Running Specialty relationships in the field.
What you will work on

  • Prioritize a team culture that is inclusive, positive, and supportive that develops a critical talent pipeline for the Running business
  • Drive integration and PRE participation with Nike's local community partnerships that connect youth to Running
  • As part of the EKIN team, you will deliver solutions that increase impact for the marketplace through idea sharing, complimentary plans, and resource optimization

Who you will work with
You will report to the North America PRE Director with a dotted line to the NA Running Specialty Marketplace team. You will work with other EKIN Managers as part of the EKIN Leadership Team. You will lead a team of Performance Running EKINs (PREs) responsible for supporting key Running Specialty accounts in your territory. You will work closely with your Territory Sales counterparts to identify seasonal priorities and NA Running Specialty Marketplace to report progress against vision.
