Malouf is seeking a talented and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our advertising efforts across Amazon, Direct To Consumer channels, and Retail Media Networks. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving performance metrics and optimizing campaigns to maximize a profitable return. This is a full-time position located in Logan, Utah.

 

Role Requirements -

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Performance Marketing strategies on Amazon, Direct To Consumer channels, and Retail Media Networks to drive sales, brand visibility, and customer acquisition while adhering to strict ROI goals. 

  • Proficiency in leveraging Amazon Advertising, Meta Advertising, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Retail Media Networks (e.g., Walmart Connect, Wayfair, Home Depot) to create, manage, and optimize campaigns effectively. 

  • Extensive experience in managing PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid optimization, and A/B testing, with a focus on maximizing conversions and profitable return. 

  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance metrics using data analytics tools and derive actionable insights to continuously improve campaign performance. 

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging and optimizing the customer journey across multiple touchpoints. 

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new advertising features, and algorithm updates across Amazon, Direct To Consumer channels, and Retail Media Networks to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners and stakeholders, exploring new advertising opportunities, negotiating deals, and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships. 

  • Capable of devising comprehensive training programs for team members to adeptly execute advertising tactics and strategies. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on Amazon advertising, Direct To Consumer channels, and Retail Media Networks. 

  

This role requires a forward-thinking individual who is not only knowledgeable at Performance Marketing strategies but also possesses a deep understanding of the nuances and intricacies involved in leveraging Amazon, Direct To Consumer channels, and Retail Media Networks for advertising purposes.
