Job title: Performance Manager I
Andersen Corporation seeks Performance Manager I in Oak Park Heights, MN with responsibility for developing and executing an annual strategy focused on operations excellence, reducing waste, increasing efficiency, and eliminating variation within our manufacturing processes. Specific duties will include: (1) partnering with operations leadership, RD&I, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions to lead and manage change within the Composites Technology space; (2) providing support of SQDC metrics and holding team accountable to targets; (3) aligning resources to strategic goals and objectives; (4) developing and executing projects focused on near and long-term capacity needs; (5) leading resolution efforts for supplier and customer corrective actions; (6) developing, executing, and managing a capital investment plan for the value-stream; (7) establishing annual functional and project expense budgets and deliver on target; and (8) providing coaching, information, ideas, and feedback to employees and managers to promote growth and development.
Qualified candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field; four years of engineering experience, including specific experience with software such as Power BI, Excel or Minitab and specific experience with designing and maintaining business intelligence applications (Power Apps or Power BIO dashboards); knowledge of quality control systems (SPC, Process Capability); demonstrated ability to analyze data to detect trends and abnormalities; and proficiency with basic corporate finance, budgeting, accounting.
