This position is responsible for coordinating the management of accreditation, readiness for all regulatory and accreditation agencies impacting Baptist Outpatient Services (BOS). Leads the ongoing accreditation education process. Assists the Accreditation Manager, BOS Leadership team and staff with accreditation/regulatory preparedness and PI activities.
Works collaboratively with the Baptist Health Enterprise (BHE) Real Estate Leadership team in the prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery of situations impacting the environment of care. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements to include, and are not limited to: TJC, AAAHC, AASM, AHCA, ACR, CAP, CMS. Prepares comprehensive documentation to support all related activities.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills are essential. Must be able to manage multiple projects and support tasks simultaneously. Assists with PI teams as a resource on the use of data, application of statistical tools and risk assessments.
Able to perform duties with little or no supervision. Estimated salary range for this position is $70176.00 - $91228.80 / year depending on experience.Degrees: Bachelors Licenses & Certifications: NAHQ Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality Additional Qualifications: Strong communication, facilitation, consultation, analytical, presentation, written/verbal and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize with attention to details.
Systems thinking, knowledge and skills in the evaluation of outcomes. Knowledge of Performance Improvement (PI) theories, PI/statistical tools, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint. Desired: Knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC), Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards.
Healthcare experience preferred. Minimum Required Experience:
