Performance Creative Copywriter

DIME® was founded in 2018 by husband and wife duo Ryan and Baylee Relf, who saw a need to provide clean, optimized skincare for people of all ages. As a skincare and beauty advocate, Baylee became a Master Esthetician in 2015 and learned skincare is not “one size fits all”.
With a slogan of “Love the DIME Difference”, DIME’s mission is simple: to create luxurious skincare and beauty products that are clean, effective, and approachable.
Position Description:
The Performance Creative Copywriter brings a blend of creative flair and performance-driven focus to our marketing team. Their words will breathe life into our products and campaigns, making them not just visible but irresistible to our target market.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Write and edit copy for a variety of performance marketing channels, including but not limited to email, social media ads, landing pages, and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with brand objectives and performance goals.
- Test and optimize copy based on performance data, continually seeking ways to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with trends in digital marketing and copywriting to ensure fresh and relevant content.
- Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure a cohesive brand voice and message across all mediums.
- Conduct A/B testing on different copy versions to gauge performance and inform future strategies.
- Completes assigned training on time

Requirements:
- A knack for crafting compelling narratives that not only resonate with audiences but also drive conversions.
- The ability to think both creatively and analytically, tailoring their message to meet specific marketing goals while also pushing the boundaries of traditional advertising.
- Proven ability to create compelling, conversion-focused copy.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and how copy plays a role in user engagement and conversion.
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles and how they apply to content creation is a plus.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of copywriting experience, preferably in a performance marketing or digital advertising setting.
Physical Requirements:
- Consistently works in an office environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use fingers to operate a computer and telephone
Safety risks:
Ergonomic strains due to repetitive movement and desk work. Eye strain due to computer usage.
