Per Diem Registered Physical Therapist (PRT)

Chelsea's Home Health Care Inc. is a well-established, Medicare and JCAHO accredited home health organization for more than 15 years. 

Areas of practice: 

• Los Angeles County
• San Bernardino County
• Riverside County
• Ventura County
• Orange County

We are looking to build our Rehab Department team with: 

• Per Diem Registered Physical Therapist (RPT) to perform initial evaluation/ assessment and supervisory visits for PTA's.
• Per Diem Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) to perform initial evaluation/assessment and supervisory visits for PTA's.
• Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant  (PTA) to perform follow-up  therapy visits based on RPT assessment and Plan of Care. 
• Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to perform follow-up therapy visits based on RPT assessment and Plan of Care. 

Per Visit Rate: 

RPT:  $70.00/hr - Negotiable based on location and patient acuity.

OTE: $70.00/hr- Negotiable based on location and patient acuity.

COTA:  $45.00/hr - Negotiable based on location and patient acuity.

PTA: $45.00/hr - Negotiable based on location and patient acuity. 

Qualifications: 

• Must be licensed to practice in the State of California
• Must have 1 year healthcare experience.
