Patient Flow Specialist - RN - Bed Management
Build excellent leadership and administrative skills while maintaining your clinical competency as you gain valuable exposure to the business side of nursing. Join a growing team responsible for collaborating with various disciplines throughout our hospital to coordinate the admission, transfer and discharge of our patients. Work in a state-of-the-art Patient Placement Operation Center to regularly review the status of patients and anticipated bed availability/requirements, and use the automated flow of data and real time patient information to effectively manage Patient Flow and throughput.

- At least one year of bed coordination experience
Required Criteria
- At least three years of acute or critical care RN experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
