Position Available: Licensed Occupational Therapist
Salary: $53/hr
Your Role as an Occupational Therapist Includes:
- Assessing residents and formulating tailored treatment plans.
- Designing activities that empower residents to achieve daily independence.
- Monitoring residents during tasks, ensuring their safety and progress.
- Documenting residents' progress and producing comprehensive reports.
- Aiding in the rehabilitation of residents impacted by injuries, illnesses, or other challenges.
- Safeguarding residents' confidentiality and upholding the highest standards in data processing.
- Auditing and maintaining thorough documentation of resident care services.
- Collaborating seamlessly within the healthcare team, contributing positively to the team dynamic.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Valid Florida State OT License.
- Experience in long-term care settings is a plus.
- COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
