We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing Analyst with a proven track record in governmental environments. As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will demonstrate in-depth expertise in the PeopleSoft module related to Strategic Sourcing and a comprehensive understanding of the integrations between Strategic Sourcing and other PeopleSoft FSCM modules and applications.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Governmental Expertise: Utilize extensive governmental experience to optimize and streamline Strategic Sourcing processes within the PeopleSoft environment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
2. Module Proficiency: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing module, encompassing its functionalities, configurations, and best practices.
3. Integration Management: Oversee and manage the integrations between PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing and other FSCM modules/applications, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization across the platform.
4. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective configurations within the PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing module.
5. System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and improvements, working closely with developers and other relevant teams to implement changes.
6. User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize their utilization of the PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing module. Provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
7. Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity within the Strategic Sourcing module and related integrations, implementing robust data governance practices.
8. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes related to the PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing module.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing in governmental settings.
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM modules, particularly Strategic Sourcing, and their interdependencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
