Peoplesoft Developer

Title: Peoplesoft Developer Location: Houston, TX - Hybrid Duration: 8-9 month contract Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Responsibilities: Provide timely and high-quality solutions and support for production issues within the PeopleSoft application and integrations to and from PeopleSoft Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications and integrations. Collaborate with HR business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Talent Management. Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker services. Conduct unit testing and participate in system integration testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of HCM applications. Stay abreast of PeopleSoft HCM updates and enhancements and recommend improvements to optimize system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between HCM and other business systems. Assist in the development of technical documentation and user guides.
