You’re a resourceful, “think outside of the box “ team player who’s eager for the opportunity to be a driving force of developing the Gravity Haus Team and Culture. You’re driven by the ability to make an enormous impact, while learning from and collaborating with exceptional colleagues. You’ll draw on your skills and experience to help us develop and grow our systems, processes and procedures while developing a culture that serves as a sustainable competitive advantage as we expand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.

  • Provide guidance on change management initiatives.

  • Bring Others Along. Make employment decisions including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and coaching and counseling team members as appropriate.
  • Create Powerful Moments. Encourage and recognize both personal and professional OKR’s (Objectives with Key Results) along with other milestones, consistently recognizing the value of each Team Member. Hold yourself to the same (or higher standard) let your team see your commitment to your own growth and theirs!
  • Be “All-In” + Go the Distance. Ensure excellence in guest satisfaction through commitment to a "Do Whatever It Takes Attitude" and a hands-on, lead by example approach to management.
  • Make it Better than You Found It. Consistently look to improve processes and procedures, Team Member experiences and opportunities both within your Team and company-wide by working with the People & Culture Team. Think Ahead - As we grow we must build the foundation to scale. You will not only plan for today and tomorrow as a People & Culture professional, but think about scalability for the years (and properties!) to come.
Requirements:

You are:

  • A collaborator + a decision maker: You love collaborating with multiple managers and departments to develop plans, but are self-sufficient to execute and make decisions based on your skills and knowledge of working within People & Culture for three or more years.

You embrace an environment where you can adjust your work and play to meet the needs of both you and the organization. You’re a resourceful, self-motivated team player who’s comfortable navigating ambiguity and carving a new path with minimal direction.
  • Impeccably organized and detail-oriented: You pride yourself on time-management, meeting or exceeding deadlines, delivering work product well thought out and designed.
  • Creative: You have the imagination to produce new ideas that set the Gravity Haus apart from other industries. You are excited by the freedom and challenge of building the culture of a new industry (no corporate red tape here!)

Hospitality and travel excites you and you can connect with team members faced with the perks and challenges of living in mountain towns. You are open to travel, to learn hands-on the differences of the properties and the unique opportunities that mountain towns present.
  • Ambitious and driven! You have an appreciation for and commitment to the outdoors, sustainability, and your own personal growth. You want to be a part of something amazing, as we build a one-of-a-kind industry, a community for the modern adventurer!
