You’ll implement and maintain the technical infrastructure that drives HCAP’s reporting capabilities, primarily by developing ETL pipelines and data transformation and analytics scripts in Python. You’ll build dashboards for the firm’s senior leadership using a proprietary Python library and design other reporting products from the ground up.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher and two to five years of relevant experience working in a data science or Data Engineering setting are required.
- Proficiency in using Python for ETL development and data transformation and analytics is required.
- A willingness to dive into details, collaborate effectively with teammates, and drive projects to completion is essential, as is the ability to exercise extreme discretion with confidential information.

- People analytics experience is preferred but not required.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $115,000 to $175,000.
