We are looking for a motivated individual to work with and train under our actuary. Pension Profit
Sharing Services has a depth of professional knowledge and promotes learning and continuing education. We are small enough that you will know everyone’s name and large enough to where you won’t have to do all the work by yourself. Pension Profit Sharing Services is a rapidly growing Third Party Administration firm located in Los
Alamitos, California. We consult, design, implement, and administer retirement and pension plans to meet our clients’ specific needs. Our practice includes 401(k), Profit Sharing Plans, Defined Benefit Plans, and other retirement savings strategies. As a small firm we are able to continuously innovate and leverage technology in order to provide our clients with better service. We support our employees’ continuing education because they are our greatest asset.

What would you be doing?

• Data gathering, manipulation, and uploading
• Calculate present value of retirement benefits
• Calculate and recommend plan contributions

What qualities we are looking for?

• Robust math and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with Excel and Adobe software
• Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
