1. Required a Pega Lead developer with total 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Insurance domain on Pega projects. CSSA certified. Knowledge and understanding of Pega PUI
2. Able to understand PUI Pega framework and provide quick rollouts of out-of-box Pega 7 features.
3. Able to analyse requirements and create a quick prototype
4. Good team player; able to work with virtual teams across geographies
5. Technical leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Able to perform show & tell and demo activities for stakeholders and improve the application based on feedback
7. Conversant with next-gen technologies like Chat-bot, Cloud, Analytics
8. Comprehensive understanding of BPM foundation for process improvements delivered using Pega application by increasing efficiency and effectiveness of the processes.
