Come join our fast-paced environment where you will manage the planning, implementation, and administration of our credit risk events, such as conferences, forums, and roundtables as our Peer Sharing Coordinator.  In this role, you will activate your project coordination and organizational skills while managing relationships with financial professionals at the senior and executive levels.

We are seeking someone with:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required. A minimum of 7-10 years of increasingly responsible project coordination experience is required. 
  • Detail and results-oriented with excellent organizational skills and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills including strong networking and relationship management skills at the senior and executive level. 
  • Strong critical thinking skills, proactive in solving problems both independently and in team situations.
  • Background in user-driven web-based communications, metrics, trends, measurements, and usability, a plus. 
  • Experience with the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to events as needed - travel expected up to 20%
  • Experience with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access).

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Independently lead and collaborate with our Peer Sharing team to successfully plan, implement, and administer RMA's Credit Risk events including but not limited to conferences, forums, and roundtables. 
  • Create and manage timelines for delivering events such as and not limited to roundtables, forums, and other related projects on time and within budget. 
  • Develop and maintain a schedule for all events, which includes management and implementation of tasks and activities related to customer communications (including, but not limited to member list quality, save-the-dates, invitations, registrations, agendas, and surveys) for events. This includes and is not limited to creating and managing a tailored project plan for each project to ensure organization and accuracy. 
  • Prepare analyze, and update routine status reports, master list of event activities, and key metrics to monitor event activities and measurement against goals. Report out and communicate any variances or challenges to the broader team. 
  • Serve as the main point of contact person, for internal and external stakeholders, for events such as and not limited to conferences, roundtables, and forums. 

 

 

The Location: 

We are seeking candidates located near the Philadelphia, PA area. We will also consider candidates located in Chicago, IL, and St. Louis MO.  As a hybrid remote policy, we value employees coming together in the office for meaningful collaboration and work 10-20% of the time.
