A Pediatric Physician is a member of the medical provider team, providing medical care to patients of Northern Nevada HOPES.

The Pediatric Physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of diseases and injuries as a Care Team member in the medical clinic using best practices as modeled in a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) setting; by providing comprehensive, outpatient pediatric medical services for patients on a continuing basis. The Pediatric Physician is a member of the multidisciplinary clinic team that has delegated powers and responsibilities to provide effective patient-centered care.

We are a non-profit community health center located in a historic and quaint area of downtown Reno, Nevada. We are a certified Patient-Centered Medical Home, recognized by the National Commission on Quality Assurance

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The mission of all FQHCs is to provide excellent healthcare services to otherwise under-served populations. We accept most insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare, and the uninsured. For the uninsured, we offer discounted services based on a sliding fee scale.

We are a National Health Service Corp site, and our providers are eligible to apply toward a federal loan forgiveness program.

Laboratory, x-ray and pharmacy services on site.
