We are a home health care agency looking for full-time/part-time licensed LVN and RN nurses who are comfortable with pediatric Home Health Shift Care. Duties will require you to stay at the patient's home and provide home health pediatric services based on their needs, as directed by the primary care physician's order. The main office is located in Van Nuys, California and the locations of service will range throughout the greater Los Angeles/Orange County area. The hours will vary between day shifts and nightshifts depending upon your availability and where/when you choose to work.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel
- Patient assessments
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Coordination of care
- Health promotion and teaching
- Training of family members
Requirements:
*Must have a current and valid license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Register Nurse issued by the State of California*
- 1 year of nursing experience
- Pediatric care experience is preferred. Pediatric training will be offered if there is no experience along with continuous training (if needed per any new mandates or changes) as you grow with the agency.
- Must be comfortable with children, teens and young adults from the ages of 0-20
- Must be punctual and on-time.
- Must have a current Physical, Liability, TB test, Car Insurance, Valid Drivers License, Clean criminal background (Criminal background check will be done upon employment), Valid citizenship.
- Must be Ventilator and Tracheostomy certified (if you have not yet completed a certification course, we will help you get one)
- Bi-lingual nurses are a huge plus!!
