The Pediatric Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) works as a part of the care team providing care to children from birth through young adult with an in-depth knowledge and experience in pediatric primary health care including well child care and prevention/management of common pediatric acute illnesses and chronic conditions. The Pediatric APRN performs these functions under general supervision of a licensed physician in a primary health care setting. Works with and has access to confidential patient information. Employee should maintain a professional image and manner in dealing with patients, families, visitors, and clinic personnel.

Qualifications
Current APRN License
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
DEA prescriptive authority
CPR certified
This is a safety sensitive position (the use of a Medical Marijuana card is prohibited according to Act 593)
