Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses;
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments;
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients;
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures;
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities;
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care;
- Patient Pediatric Clinic, Needs to see 25-30 patients per day;
- Well, Child Visit;
- Immunization;
- Sick Visit;
- No Hospital Visit.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with medical instruments and equipment required to perform your work;
- Knowledge of computer-based data management programs and information systems, as well as medical records and point-of-interview technology;
- A sound understanding of all pertinent federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
