Title: Pediatric ICU Nurse Manager – Registered Nurse RN.
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Pediatric ICU
Location:Las Vegas, NV.
Schedule: Full-Time Days (no weekends).
Pay: $104,270.40 - $156,416/year (Based on years of experience), with full benefits.
The Registered Nurse duties to include but not be limited to.
-Monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care, policies, and procedures holding staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
-Ensure high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Current licensure in the State of Nevada as a Registered Nurse.
-1-year minimum acute care experience. – Required
-Nursing Degree
-Minimum of 1-year leadership experience – Required
