Form of workCrown Health is looking for LPNs with a heart and passion to enrich the lives of children and families within the underserved Franklin County community. This home-health opportunity is in support of a non-profit organization and offers a full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. schedule. The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Practical Nurse who is available to travel between Home Health locations and is comfortable working with pediatric patients and their parents.
Home Health Nurse Job Details
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Salary: $24.08/hr + increase once hired on
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8 am-5 pm
Occasional weekend shift required. (NO ON CALL)
About the Home Health Nurse Role
As a Home Health Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting low-income families in need
Completes Home Health "checks" assessments on children and consults with family on ongoing care and needs.
Completes all required documentation
Home Health Nurse Requirements
Must be an LPN with a valid and good standing License with the ability to practice in the state of OH.
Due to the nature of the assignment and required travel, the employee must have a valid DL, a reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance
Early childhood development experience is preferred, but not required
