YOUR ROLE
As theP.E. Teacher, you will lead P.E. activities as well as participate in single-subject planning meetings and assemblies, and. This position collaborates with other teachers to implement and maintain PE activities which seamlessly complement the children's experience in their Montessori and PYP classrooms. We are a close-knit team, and value initiative, flexibility, and a can- do approach.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead creative and age appropriate P.E. activities for a variety of grade and age levels.
- Collaborate with the rest of the single-subject team in planning meetings to integrate PYP areas of study into the physical education program
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Organize and maintain all P.E. materials and equipment
- Undergo job-specific training throughout the year
- Participate in other duties as required (arrival, dismissal, and assemblies etc.)

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in subject area(s), Master's degree is highly desired.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years elementary teaching experience
- A valid teaching certification (or equivalent) for Elementary Education
- Fluent in English (able to successfully attend workshops, read professional information and work collaboratively in the language.)
- Fully vaccinated and up-to-date on all Covid-19 vaccinations for which you are eligible
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
Salary Description
$60,000-75,000
