As a Sales Consultant, you play a pivotal role as the initial point of contact for our valued customers, making you an integral part of our operational framework. Your responsibilities include managing incoming leads and orchestrating moves with precision while prioritizing outstanding customer service to maximize profitability. This multifaceted role demands a blend of sales expertise, adept customer relationship management, comprehensive product knowledge, and seamless operational coordination to propel revenue growth and ensure unparalleled client satisfaction. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable, confident in their work, and able to manage their tasks independently. This person will be managing high-level clients and must maintain positivity and professionalism!

Overview of Daily Tasks:

  • Makes outgoing calls and answers incoming calls
  • Customer Communication
  • Work all incoming leads
  • Callbacks
  • Build accurate estimates
  • Book moves according to the PDX Movers SOP, ensuring all details and all relevant information are included.
  • Make sure all events are accurately booked at the time of the customer conversation.
  • Work with the Customer Experience Department to ensure customers are cared for, and any issues are addressed immediately.
  • Note any unique items or circumstances that could be a pain point for the customer, the Customer Experience Department, or the on-site field crew.
  • Provide excellent and consistent customer service across the board with no exceptions.
  • Uphold the PDX Movers brand and embody company values.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities are determined and based on the needs of the business.
