Overall Focus:
The PDU Operator is a production laborer position who is responsible for the following duties. Must be able to sort, arrange and keep track of batches of molded product. The PDU Operator must be able to learn and build on mechanical aptitude and skill set. Must change timing, air pressure, purge and clean supply lines and valves on the PDU and related equipment. The PDU Operator must have the ability to work and communicate well with others in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Must have computer aptitude to perform hourly QA checks and In-Process Monitoring (weight checks) using Excel spreadsheet software. The PDU Operator must be able to fill out paperwork properly including End of Shift Cleaning Logs, Productivity Logs and Disposal Logs. The PDU Operator must have an eye for detail and be able to discern defects and abnormalities when working with molded products. All employees shall perform as directed by their supervisor or management team.
