Registered Nurse (RN - Med Surg) - $15,000 Hiring Incentives
Florida - Panama City
We have multiple Med Surg RN needs in Panama City Florida. Right now they are offering one of the highest hiring incentive packages plus competitive pay. Currently they have both day (7am - 7pm) and nights (7pm - 7am) available. There is a $15,000 Sign On Bonus that is included and up to $5,000 in relocation assistance
Compensation

• Competitive Compensation ($28 - $44 per hour)
• $15,000 Sign on for RNs with 1 or more years of experience
• Relocation Bonus is on a case-by-case basis ($2,000 to $5,000)
• Day (7am -7pm) and Night (7pm -7am) available
• Shift Differential: Nights $4.00 per hr.

Requirements

• Current FL RN License or compact RN license
• 1 year in any of the hospital specialties
• Graduate of an accredited BSN program preferred; willing to consider ASN with solid experience
• BLS and/or any other certifications required for that specialty

Responsibilities

• Looking for 1 year of experience in any of the hospital specialties
• Beds depending on location and department
• Proper patient ratios
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to fifty pounds
