PCT (Patient Care Technician)

Pay Package:

• Day, Evening and Night shift, 13 weeks
• 8.0 hours shift, 5.0 days/week
• Pay Package:
• Travel Weekly Rate - $1180 weekly gross blended
• $980 is weekly taxable income
• $200 is weekly non-taxable per diem stipend
• Estimated weekly take home $950
• Local Hourly Rate $29

Patient Care Technician Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff
- Collect specimens for laboratory testing and perform basic laboratory procedures
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Document Patient Care activities accurately and timely
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Patient Care Technician Experience:

- Previous experience as a Patient Care Technician or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic Patient Care procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
