Job Title: PCB Production Operator
Location: South Tucson
Pay: $15 hour
Requirements: 1 year experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow process work instructions
• Set up machine
• Operate drill machine and monitor operation.
• Update Jobs in Prototrak, sign/initial and date traveler, move job to next department
• Perform material prep process when required
• Arrange equipment setup and conduct process-related measurements as needed.
• Perform prescribed maintenance on operator machines.
• Inspect and rectify PCBs and components based on established criteria.

LEVEL DESCRIPTORS:

• Knowledge - Basic knowledge of machine operations and quality system requirements
• Direction - Works under close direction
• Complexity - Solves problems of minimal complexity within own department

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to read a traveler (Tracked document with steps required to produce item), program sheet and blueprints.
• Ability to fill out traveler and log
• Ability to compete job-associated paperwork clearly and effectively.
• Ability to use/be trained on micrometer, copper tester, shearer, tape measure, ring setter, microscope, calipers
• Basic PC literacy
• 1 year experience preferred, but not required.

• Stand for long periods at machine.
• Lift and move 10 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Walks frequently
