```Duties:```
- Assist clients with Personal Care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying up and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate personnel
```Requirements:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
