Personal Care Assistant

I am a 60 year old woman that is a double amputee living in Saltillo, Ms with my two dogs. I am looking for a Personal Care Assistant to work the following shift and it can vary. You can work either:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-1pm

or

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am-1pm

About the Job

It is an in-home position, not a facility. I have a toy poodle and a peekapoo. You would be employed and paid by the Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services (MDRS). Hourly rate is $10.50. I supply free WiFi.

Responsibility of the Position

The following is a summary of the main things I need help with: Light house cleaning, going to the doctor, and running errands.

Must be patient and able to follow instructions. Must be dependable (on time). Must be generally positive, respectful and non-judgmental. It would be great if you have flexibility. Need to like dogs.

About Me

I’m retired and live by myself with my dogs. I use a power wheelchair to get around. I’m a double amputee. I can feed, bathe and do some things around the house.
