PCA, NA, CNA

Immediately seeking caregivers for all shift types (morning, afternoon, evening overnights, and weekend shifts) in Culpeper, Fredericksburg, and surrounding areas. 

Assist clients with assisted daily living activities (ADL's). Engaging, transferring, lifting, showering, bathing, dressing, interacting, meal prep, light cleaning, laundry, and close supervision to prevent falls.

 The compensation rate is $12 to 15 per hour.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, outgoing, friendly with clients and staff. 
• Experience with fall risk patients, lifting, ambulation, encouraging mobility and cognitive stimulation,
• Must have two to three years of experience (PCA, NA, CNA)
• PCA, Nurse Aide Training Certification, CNA license transferring, bathing, dressing, proactive with changes of condition, prior experience with the Hoyer lift preferred, experience with ADL's and IADL's.
• Experience with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Depression, MS, Parkinson, bed bound clients, and clients with less mobility, and patients who require moderate to total care.   
• Valid Drivers License
• Personal Vehicle
• Auto Insurance

Visiting Angels requires ALL caregivers to pass a state-mandated criminal background check, reference check, and drug screen.
