Description

• Set up new computer systems, including workstations and peripherals.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on PCs and printers.
• Install, update, and patch software applications.
• Provide first-level response to trouble tickets and calls related to software issues.
• Administer end-user support and assistance.
• Coordinate and conduct inventory management.
• Proficient in PC and printer repair and maintenance.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Assist users with introductory to novice technical matters.
• Write and modify procedures.
• May assist in off-hour support and maintenance.
• Travel to branch locations as needed (requires reliable transportation and clean driver's license).
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Responsible for compliance with rules & regulations including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Passion for providing excellent service.
• A+ certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Able to pass background check and credit check.
