Description
- Set up new computer systems, including workstations and peripherals.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on PCs and printers.
- Install, update, and patch software applications.
- Provide first-level response to trouble tickets and calls related to software issues.
- Administer end-user support and assistance.
- Coordinate and conduct inventory management.
- Proficient in PC and printer repair and maintenance.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Assist users with introductory to novice technical matters.
- Write and modify procedures.
- May assist in off-hour support and maintenance.
- Travel to branch locations as needed (requires reliable transportation and clean driver's license).
- Able to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Responsible for compliance with rules & regulations including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Passion for providing excellent service.
- A+ certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Able to pass background check and credit check.
