Position: PC Refresh Technologist
Worksite: Arlington, VA 22203
Duration: 6+ months (Possible extension or conversion)
Shift: Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 5:00PM)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
Performs deskside support services to upgrade desktop and laptops.
Serves as customer contact on technical and service-related problems to ensure the upgraded units are functioning properly, can connect to the network, and end user can access the devices and data.
Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and system issues using established procedures.
Skills:
Knowledge of common software applications.
Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions.
Ability to make decisions that have a moderate impact on the immediate work unit.
Attention to detail.
1-2 years of related work experience.
